About the artist

Hi—I’m Ty, a self‑taught artist based in Ohio. Art has always been part of my life: as a kid, I chased color with stickers, markers, crayons—anything I could get my hands on felt like magic. Back then, becoming an artist seemed impossible—either I convinced myself of it, or others did. So, I explored other paths, and my creative spark dimmed for a while.

But then, about four to five years ago, that spark reignited. Art found me again, and this time, I listened. Each painting, sketch, and experiment has been a step closer to embracing the inner child I once silenced

My journey? I'm still discovering my signature style and voice. I’m catching up for lost time—strengthening my skills, nurturing self‑belief, and exploring my untapped potential. My ambition extends beyond personal growth; I aim to uplift others, encouraging them to believe in themselves and spread creativity into the world. Through my art and this platform, I champion a message of self‑love, resilience, and shared inspiration.
